Built and owned since 2008 our 5* luxury comfort villa with scenic views has had years of providing the best, deluxe experience to make a spectacular break for all guests. The large 3 bed, 3 bath villa has a spacious kitchen, living room, conservatory & utility area with 2 outdoor BBQ’s as well as: a Pool, Hot Tub, Putting Green, Xbox & Games. Located on a communal resort where Golf, a Gym and Tennis are available (clubs & rackets provided), as well as a Clubhouse which has a Restaurant & a Supermarket.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with a Welcome Book or once booked you will be sent a digital handbook, provided with lots of information, including things to do, places to see and recommended restaurants within Murcia. Due to how long we’ve had the Villa for, we are very well educated on what's best in the area, there's something nearby to do for everyone! Furthermore, parking is free anywhere on El Valle resort and the Villa's driveway can fit 3-4 standard size cars.
